I am going to get some PVC pipe to fix mt aquarium filter. We have a set up where to pump pulls water through the filter medium, but the intake is not big enough to continuously feed the pump so the filter is basically worthless. A piece of PVC pipe with vents drilled into it will fix that.
No plans for 4th of July, BBQ with neighbors, maybe, if he remembers, If not we will have chicken or something. I need to fill the propane tank, it is on the way to the pet store and hardware store.
It is only going to reach 104 today. The sky is pure blue, so it will make it. I watered the tomatoes and the backyard to keep them happy and help cool the south side of our apartment.
We got out bid by a developer on a house yet again. This can't last the market will not hold. They come in and place bid 4 to 8 thousand over asking. The house is not worth that. We hate short sales, the stupid bank is a pain to work with. We are glad we did not accept a house in another county with 4 dollar fuel. If we do consider a house out of city, we will have to include the cost of a Yaris or a hybrid.
going to get some sparklers and poppers for the kids. It is not like when I was growing up and had fun fireworks, it is all safe and sane fireworks. We were silly and had bottle rocket fights, luckily no damage or haystacks burning down.
I am going to clean the back yard today, and take care of my fish tanks. I lead such an exciting life. But if the president calls, tell him I can't talk now, that Iran thing can wait until my fish tank is fixed. :)
