I am a degree certified wellness coach, personal trainer, physical trainer, or what ever they call us professional gym rats these days. I do not mind health or fitness questions, feel free to asks away. So much pop culture fitness crap has almost ruined my beloved profession, and part of my job is to help reverse the garbage with as solid information as I can provide.

Other than providing a nurturing and stable home so my wifey and children grow and become the people they want to be. My current life pursuit is to find truth. To cut through the political BS, cut through magical wishful thinking and see the world as it truly is. The only problem is I can prove scientifically beyond any doubt, in front of every professor in the world that the glass is half full. I can also prove with the scientific method beyond any and all doubt that the glass is half empty. So where does philosophy end and science begin? I am working on that. Smiles, shrugs??

I seek to chat and exchange with others from all walks of life, I am not your judge, so just be yourself, being anything other than your self is a fraud. Politically I am a card carrying Libertarian. I strongly believe we should keep our own backyard clean, and not be so worried about what others are doing in their backyards. I already have parents, they raised me just fine, I do not need some suit wearing, busybody, overly self important, bureaucrat thinking they know what is best for me. I will choose my own path and pay my own way, if that offends you, then you offend me.

Friends and especially life should be like a smorgasbord, endless variety at a table of plenty, but always a special fondness for our favorites.
